We were directed to Clarke Basement Systems by Basement Systems Canada as they had done previous work for us. Fitz came on July 3/13 to assess the problem and explain what could be done. Fitz and Chris arrived on July19/13 at the appointed time. Drop sheets were immediately put down to protect carpeting on stairs leading to basement. All work being done was careful explained to us. Work area was left neat and clean. Within a few hours of Fitz and Chris leaving we had a torrential downpour of rain and unfortunately had some water enter the basement but not from the repair that had just been completed. We contacted Clarke Basement Systems immediately. Even though it was late Friday afternoon Stephanie relayed our problem to Fitz who immediately got back to us. Having just been at our house he knew what the problem was and told us how it could be fixed. We are so impressed with the professionalism of Fitz and Stephanie we had no hesitation in booking Clarke Basement Systems to further assist us with solving the water issues with our basement.
