Had my roof done back in 2009 and it's leaked twice. First time they "forgot" the weather and ice shield. They came back and fixed this and it's been fine sine. Second leak started and when they came out they said the issue was not with the roof but with my siding on a dormer and they could easily fix it for $$$$$$. Rain starting coming into my house like buckets again so this time I called two other companies. Both companies quoted a fix and said the issue was NOT THE SIDING but the step flashing. They never replaced the step flashing when they did the roof. They tried to shove the singles under the old flashing and using caulking and spray foam to stop the leaks. You can see this is the pictures. Also the layout of the singles on the roof is wrong. While it won't cause the roof to leak it won't hold up well to weather/wing.
STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO YOUR ROOF TWICE AND HAVE PLENTY OF LEAKS.

WE STAND BEHIND OUR WARRANTY AND WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO A SITE VISIT AND REPAIR IF NECESSARY.
TO CLARIFY., THE STEPS ARE UNDER THE SIDING AND IF THE SIDING IS NOT CHANGED DURING THE INSTALLATION THE STEPS CANNOT BE CHANGED.
