Started out ok...but customer service non existent - *** updated ***

Started out well. Zale is professional and we went back and forth on the project a few times. Always called/ texted back in a timely manner including weekends which was very appreciated as I had a leaky roof and wanted to get going quickly. Got the job done on time. There was a problem as some of the work they said theyd do they didnt. Was quickly corrected as I hadnt paid them yet. They then asked for final payment which I did pay promptly but noted there was some damage they had done to some stucco. Everything had gone well up until then that I thought wouldnt be an issue...little did know.

I emailed and emailed and got nothing back. I got back in touch with Zale which quickly prompted at least a call back from the customer service guy. We arranged for me to call him on a Monday as I was travelling which I did. He never got back despite a voicemail and several texts. Its been around 3 months since I mentioned this damage they did and despite many emails /texts on my part, and empty promises on their part, nothing has been done. And oh yeah Ive collected around 25 roofing nails on the driveway which I can only guess are related to two recently flattened bike tires. I know theres lots of great reviews so all I can say is make sure everything is done before you pay these guys as customer service will completely ignore you. I gave a 5 ultimately as I have a roof now that doesnt appear to leak, the initial work was done promptly, and Zale has been very communicative. Unfortunately some others around him appear checked out.

My review seemed to draw more attention to this situation that had clearly fallen through the cracks. Took a while but all seems resolved.
