Changs was amazing! I looked everywhere in Toronto for black valence bars that would be thinner than the top trim of my black window that when rolled up, you could not tell that there was anything there. This was the only company that had them! Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, I was SO impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I've learned they've been in the family business for decades, and they had such experience and a wide depth of product selection. Installation was super fast and I'm absolutely in love with these blinds!

Truly a wonderful experience. Just moved into a condo downtown and required blind installation. Was referred Chang's from a friend and was not disappointed at all! Spoke with Will to schedule a visit for measurements and spoke about the options, what would look good, popular etc. Ultimately went with some blackout rollers that I am extremely happy with. Waited about a week and change for the custom blinds come through. The installation was extremely smooth and took very little time. The installer was in and out of the place within 30 minutes. Extremely happy with my decision and would recommend Changs to everyone and anyone

I’m a first time mom and wanted to change my blinds for the new nursery. The customer service at Chang’s Drapery was amazing. They catered to all my needs and gave me lots of ideas and options on what I can do with the windows of my nursery. Not only did I go with beautiful dual shade blinds in the nursery, I decided to do all window coverings in my home. The pricing was exceptional for the quality of the custom blinds and drapes that I did throughout my home. I will definitely use them again if ever needed in the future!

The blinds are amazing!! The customer service was very thorough, came to my place to do measurements, showed me different samples, giving me pictures of the different types of blinds, advice about transparency, and blind set up. The installation was done in less than 30 mins, and I absolutely love my new blinds.
