We are extremely pleased with the level of service and quality of product from Casa Bella. They are extremely affordable (compared to other companies) and their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and detail oriented.
We had 10 windows replaced as well as the front entrance door and sidelites. The installation manager was able to highlight minor fabrication issues/mistakes upon delivery of the windows, but prior to the installation and was able to rectify the problem(s) immediately with no risk to our deadline. One was a design issue where he noticed that the window mullions above the door frame didn't match up perfectly, and the second was that he noticed that a single wire in some of the screens was not pulled perfectly tight (we would never have noticed).
It was a pleasure to work with a company that has such high standards and takes pride in their work. We highly recommend them and will use them again during our next phase of renovations.
