After some small renovations I thought it would be a good idea to have my air ducts cleaned. I found CAPPS on Homestars and considered them because of their excellent reviews. To start, CAPPS was great with their communication. They promptly retuned my call, called to confirm the appointment and also called when they were going to be a just a few minutes late. When they arrived they did a thorough job in explaining what they were going to do, showed me what they were doing and how the process worked. They thought to ask if the house was freshly painted (it was!) and took great care moving around the house with their equipment.
CAPPS charged their quoted cost with no hidden items or extras. CAPPS met all my expectations; great, efficient, friendly service - they were fantastic! I would highly recommend them and as said in another review "Good honest and hard working companies do exist", Capps Duct Cleaning Services is one of them and is well worth it!
