Capps did a great job of the core service - duct cleaning - but also added a lot of value by explaining my HVAC system to me (just bought the house and familiarizing ourselves with the ductwork, louvers, humidifier, etc.) and checking, cleaning, & adjusting other components of the system outside of the ducts.
There are probably other duct cleaning companies that could do nearly as good a job as Capps of the duct cleaning itself (although I found them to be very thorough and prefer their method of going into every vent with the air hose vs. the "push everything down to the basement" used by some other companies). But it would be challenging to find another company that adds as much value to the process.
Having the owners directly involved also made a difference... it was obvious to me that Paul cared.
