The whole team at Capps takes duct cleaning seriously. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come in on very short notice to provide duct cleaning after a renovation.
Paul did a thorough cleaning job - he took pride in showing us all of the areas he cleaned, why he did the cleaning the way he did, and spent extra time ensuring that the job is done correctly.
All of this was done for a very fair price inline with other highly rated duct companies with a few 'extras' thrown in.
Also, when I was having a separate problem with my cooling system, Paul happened to be 'in the neighborhood' and swung by to take a look. He told me how to prepare the unit for being serviced and recoommended an HVAC professional (he called them on my behalf!) for speedy service.
On the hottest day of the year (ever?), Capps earned a customer for life and I will recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends without hesitation.
