Canadian Choice

I had ordered 6 new windows from Canadian Choice. The sales rep Anastasia was knowledgeable as well as the installation which was done by Ilya & Ruslan got completed on time with work area cleaned. The work had also been done within budget therefore overall they did an awesome job!

I replaced all windows in my home. Installation took one day. I was happy with the job done by the installer. I had to do nothing after instalaltion, no hassles. I dealt with Horatio sales rep.

Alex was very helpfully as our sales rep. Installers were clean and professional windows look great. Installation was a week late causing me to lose a day of work (not to impressed with that but otherwise pretty good experience)

Replaced 5 basement windows in 1962 bungalow. The salesman Peter was professional and knowledgeable, the installers were friendly, and the windows look great.

My only issue is the installers did not walk us through the work at the end, I had to phone and request someone come by to demonstrate how they work, explain what was done etc. Peter did respond within a few days to demo and receive payment (note: they do not invoice, be prepared to pay at installation).

I will likely use them again and recommend Peter to friends and family. Another benefit, rare warrantee on parts and labour included.

I ordered new windows for the front of my house, I was very pleased with Marina the sales representative, very informative and the windows were reasonably priced. The installation was clean, and professional.

we are very impressed with the new windows, thanks to Bonnie with the helpful advise. The installer paul is very fast and effective, they clean up all the garbage. we are thinking of replacing the door as well. We will recommend this company to everyone.

Recently I used Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to replace a number of windows and a patio door. My sales representative Alexander was very professional and enthusiastic about his products. He took his time to explain all of their features and what to look for in a quality product. I entered into this deal with complete confidence and was rewarded with a well executed installation. Oliver was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the products. He patiently answered our questions, even when asked several times. (We had had a bad experience with another company so this time, we were cautious.) Everything went well from dates for installation to the entire installation process . Oliver stopped by to check on progress too. Many thanks to Oliver for restoring our faith in excellent service and product. We have recommended him to two other people who inquired about our satisfaction . We should have replaced all the windows and not just eleven. Maybe next year. Many thanks Oliver!!
