Oliver was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the products. He patiently answered our questions, even when asked several times. (We had had a bad experience with another company so this time, we were cautious.) Everything went well from dates for installation to the entire installation process . Oliver stopped by to check on progress too. Many thanks to Oliver for restoring our faith in excellent service and product. We have recommended him to two other people who inquired about our satisfaction . We should have replaced all the windows and not just eleven. Maybe next year. Many thanks Oliver!!
