Flavio is an awesome source of knowledge and advice on plumbing. He's helped me with direction on laying out my basement bathroom. I will definitely ask him to come by the house to do the work needed in repositioning the drains, vent and water lines for that project.

I connected with Flavio through another trades person I had used for electrical work. We had a leak in the master bedroom shower that was coming through the front entrance ceiling. Flavio quickly determined that the wrong drain type had been used in the shower. He found a work around that 4 months later is still working and will allow us to do a more permanent fix on our timeline.

Felavio was first introduced to us by family for whom he did the entire plumbing as they renovated an older home. My wife and I have had Felavio inspect the property we were purchasing as it was also old. He came at short notice, extremely thorough, has fantastic equipment which he used to inspect every single drain pipe and called out irregularities with the original plumbing. He also took the time to explain to us and the seller in a very professionalism manner and broke down all the details, along with repair options and price estimate in writing, all in a days time. His due deligence protected us from potential water damage.
My wife and I swear by him. He is honest, professional, excellent at his job but also most considerate. We now have been working with him for years and he is always reliable and even follows up after each visit to ensure full satisfaction after a job done. He is also great cos of his overall understanding of construction and building codes and will go the extra mile to ensure customer is well informed. I can go on and on but in a nutshell, in an industry where it is difficult to find reliable professionals, Felavio is a gem. Highly recommended.

I initially called another plumber to simply remove a faucet brass ring to replace cartridge, and he bent the pipe then saying I need a new faucet for $1,200. Flavio then came by for a second opinion and was able to help me for just $60 and did not charge me his full service call fee. Flavio is a class act and I highly recommend to anyone. Unfortunately there are a few plumbers out there that are dishonest, giving the profession a bad name. Flavio at Canada Wide is a true gentleman. Thanks you Flavio.

Excellent service to fix our bathtub faucet that was leaking behind the wall. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

Flavio and his apprentice replaced a 7 foot copper pipe that burst in various spots due to frost. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Pipe was also fixed securely to the wall. I am very pleased with the service he provided and at a reasonable cost. I am a repeat customer too.

I had a severely plugged basement drain. It was 20 years worth of grease buildup. As soon as Flavio arrived he showed me the issue. Ive never seen anything like this. Major buildup. Flavio came to the rescue with the right equipment and he was determined to get my problem resolved. He went over and above to clean my entire drainage system. He even showed me the clear drain system with his camera after it was cleared. Incredible. Thank you Flavio!

Look elsewhere. We have been waiting over 3 months for Flavio to fix our sink - an easy job, however he always cancels or has an excuse. He fixed one of our faucets - the cost ended up being $600+ for the part plus his services. We would have been better off buying a new faucet. Not very professional in his business - if it's not a job he wants, expect to be strung along.
