Flavio truly went above and beyond to handle a complex job for installing a new hot water tank for our cottage in Georgian Bay. First off, he was willing to take on the job for us and drive 1.5 hours north of Toronto, outside of his normal service area, as we had trouble finding a local contractor to handle the project. He made arrangements with his suppliers to have a new hot water tank and required materials delivered right to our door early in the morning and showed up in the afternoon to complete the install. He endured extremely difficult working conditions to go down into a vary narrow crawl space under the cottage to run new PEX lines to the hot water tank and took extreme care to remove the old tank and install the new tank in a very tight space in a small closet adjacent to the bathroom. His work was very neat and professional looking and he took the time to clean the working area when he was finished. He even assisted us to reassemble the closet door and shelving around the hot water tank once the install was complete. Thanks for another great job Flavio!
