I had been struggling to find someone to help me with a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my living room .the job was complicated because the living room ceiling is pattered plaster and has coffered wood beams running around it. The bathroom is small and has an iron clawfoot tub.

Flavio was recommended to me and moved other things around to help me the morning after my call. Flavio was very professional, took time to ensure he didn't damage my ceiling and made sure I undersood exactly what the possible causes were an the significance of each - without overstating it.

I also had other contractors coming in during the time Flavio was there to give me quotes on other work - he was a helpful resource in sorting through what I was hearing. Flavio also brought in another professional to help me - Roy from Mayday Drain services - who was also great to work with and showed up on day two at the same time as Flavio - they worked really well together - niether ever tried to oversell me or complicate issues.

I'd absolutely recommend Flavio and Roy and will call them for any future issues.
