From the first time I called them to the follow up call, Button's has been amazing. They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but wow do you get your money's worth. Nigel was great in the office, and Todd in sales took care of every detail. He answered every question I had thoroughly and honestly, and always answered whenever I phoned (I have no idea if he even has voicemail). The two installers (sorry, I never got their names) were absolutely fantastic. Polite and professional, answered all my questions, and their attention to detail, quality of work, and work ethic was amazing. Even the little things, like protecting my carpets, sealing around the new lines, and sweeping up afterwards (even their patience with my overly enthusiastic golden retriever); you wouldn't have known they'd ever been in. Top notch quality and service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We aim to please with every client starting with the office staff, to the sales, installation, regular maintenance and finally emergency service - which by the way is 24 hours 7 days a week. And you are right, we are usually not the cheapest quote one will get, nor are we the most expensive. However we will deliver the BEST VALUE ! As you say "get your money's worth".
