Roofing review in Toronto

We had originally written a positive review for Brookside shortly after they finished the work, however 3 years later we have had 2 leaks. Each time Brookside did send someone to caulk spots on the roof, but damage was already done to the interior of the house. We recently sold the house, and during inspection discovered that the styrofoam venting baffles the roofers installed were simply thrown onto the attic floor from the oustside. Would not recommend to anyone.

Roofing review in Toronto

Bill and his crew did an excellent job on reshingling our roof and adding attic ventilation to our 50 plus year old home. We had gotten 6 other estimates done and Bill was one of the most knowledgeable about our attic ventilation requirements. The price was very competitive (not the lowest, but not the highest). The installers showed up on time and finished quickly, and even came back a few days later to install extra vents we had requested. Overall we were very happy with Brookside and would recommend them to anyone.
