My husband and I came to Brooklyn Furniture for some dining furniture. We were attended to by Peter who gave us very professional and honest advice about the selection we had in mind. Not only did he offer us with great discounted prices, he took the time and was also very helpful in making sure the furniture complemented our existing decor.
I must admit I was very indecisive and changed my mind on things a few times to a point where I was annoyed with myself and quite embarrassed. However, Peter was very patient and co-operative throughout our multiple visits.
We have placed our order and are awaiting the delivery. However, our experience this far has already been very satisfying and we are very impressed with the customer service we have received.
Great customer is rare to come by these days and I feel that anyone who goes above and beyond must be acknowledged!
