The customer service is terrible. We ordered a bedroom set and were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called they said “for that bed it will take 4 weeks”. I called 4 weeks later and spoke to Scott who determined my order had never been placed. I cancelled my order immediately and then of course was called numerous times by Brooklyn trying to make it up to me. Do not deal with Peter at this store, he is a great salesman and terrible at customer service. You will be disappointed.
