My dishwasher was leaking...Steve Brannan came within a day of calling and diagnosed a couple of possible problems. He left me with some options - when the dishwasher was still leaking, he came back again (easy to arrange) and after taking apart the dishwasher, we discovered an unusual issue - Cascade detergent was creating too many suds...I switched detergents and the problem was gone! Steve did not charge me for the second call where he spent over 2 hours at my home. I was so appreciative and would highly recommend him. He has been the repair go to person for my parents and myself on all of our appliances for years. He is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable.
