I went to the Caledonia location of Brampton Hardwood and I was greeted by the Manager named Lina Pose. I couldn't have asked for better customer service as Lina answered all of questions and concerns. She found exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier with my new floors. Lina definitely knows her stuff and she is a true example of customer service! It’s pretty rare these days to find a sales associate who is patient, friendly, and who can make you laugh. I’m definitely going to come back here when I’m ready for my next project. I highly recommend Brampton Hardwood for all your flooring needs as they have a big selection of quality products and you will not be disappointed with their customer service.
