Terrible quality and horrendous service

Poor quality, I should have read the reviews. The warranty isn't real and everyone ghosted. No one at head office would talk to me, they said they would come check out the floors and never did. The floors were ripped up three times and still terrible. Lifting/cracking/peeling/bowing. Sadly I should have looked closer at reviews. Super sad, stuck with floors and have zero help and out a lot of money for junk.
Spoke with many people to try and get help, Daryl, Raj, Joe, Frank and the list goes on.
