Floor Retailers review in
When we ordered this floor, it was supposed to be completed within a week and half. This dragged on for over 3 months!
They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
No calls to set up times and dates. Calls that we made to them were unreturned. Even after stopping in the office, no one spoke to me or returned the call.
I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy.
The workmanship was very poor.
They had to bring in different people twice just to complete the stairs. Dealing with them was a nightmare.
