Roofing/Siding/Eavestroughs Installation
Better Contracting Services did great work to install our Eaves-troughs/downspouts, and we were totally satisfied with the job.
After this, we found that Better Contracting Services tends to encroach on property lines while doing work @house next door (siding/roofing/venting); and does not check to see what actual property lines are. Installed siding, roofing, venting all over the actual property line approximately 6"+.
Will most likely not hire Better Contracting again due to negligence and encroachment onto our property.
Rating of 3 - "Buyer Beware" - Better Contracting does not check property lines while doing siding/roofing etc. Be sure to provide this information when engaging with a contractor.
There is no on-going issue with our neighbor, this review is honest and not personal. Contractors have a responsibility to do quality work each and every time. (Also, my name is not Rob)

Hi Rob, I'm sorry you feel this way. We strive to do our best but occasionally find ourselves in a difficult position when two neighbours have on going disagreements. We try to accomodate all of our customers when there are these kinds of situations. Hopefully you and your neighbour can work things out and enjoy both your homes with all the new upgrades.
