Had a wonderful experience in customer service from Raj Sharma. Very helpful, i never felt pressured in any way to buy, he was very patient with us. It was hard for my wife and i to decide on sofa and coffee table because our two small kids were there with us. Raj was very affectionate towards my kids where he had a way to calm them down, lol Thanks again Raj for that.
When i had my delivery, George and the other driver were very helpful and careful when delivering. I gave them 10 out of 10 for their service, job well done.
Our coffee table had rusts on the joints and i called customer service and spoke to Annabelle and she was very helpful. I sent pictures of the rusts marks and Annabelle immediate the next day offered me a new one. After experiencing the bad quality workmanship of that coffee table i wasn't impressed. I went to the store to see the same table and it was the same thing there aswell. It was just a bad welding job from the manufacturer. Annabelle was very helpful and i was able to reselect another coffee table with that credit.
