got a sofa with broken spring, I call and they were very helpful. We received a new one and it was torn inside centre console and stapled, and bent frame. I call again same thing we are sorry will replace it again and will inspect it first. I got it today torn inside centre console and one side doesn't touch floor. nothing but crap!
