We were very hesitant to purchase our products from Bad Boy as they received many poor reviews on multiple sites but we found a sectional we really liked.
We addressed our concerns with the sales rep, Ravi, and he was very accommodating. Ravi ensured he would do his best to make our purchase as smooth as possible - he was fantastic!
Our next worry was delivery, again VERY poor reviews. The delivery guys, Nick and Andrew were great. They were careful with the very large sectional and arranged it just the way I wanted it in the living room. They also moved the chest freezer around the basement until I decided where I liked it. They also acknowledged the poor reviews online and said they do their very best to improve delivery service.
The sectional was in good condition, the delivery guys waited patiently for me to inspect every inch (again, more poor reviews of faulty furniture being delivered), the freezer was also in good working condition.
Overall, this was a very positive experience and we were very satisfied.
