DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL EXTORTING FOR CASH
A one bedroom move took the 2 movers 4 hours to load the truck.
I had packed almost everything in boxes beforehand. They missed my elevator booking at my new place because they poorly estimated 2 hours to load the truck.
The movers dropped a bed post through the wall of my old apartment and promised to fix and didn't show up.
When the truck arrived at the new apartment, they held my stuff for Cash on Delivery. They told me an amount with NO explanation of what the price was. When I demanded the price - they said "Call my boss Steve". Basically extorting me for cash, when Steve told me the payment for the move could be by personal cheque. I did not have cash on me. And I do not pay for things without a breakdown of what the cost is. And there was no agreement the Move would be Cash On Delivery. Totally SHADY.
