Repair of roof shingles under warranty
Rain water found its way into my house the weekend of Jan.9, 2016. Since my roof was under warranty with Avenue Road Roofing, I contacted them on Jan.11, 2016 about this. Their warranty department called me back the same day to schedule an appointment. Weather conditions turned bad, and the appointment was postponed until the weather got better. On Jan. 22, 2016, Kas and Tony of Avenue Road Roofing came. Upon inspection of my roof, they found the breach and repaired the area immediately. Kas and Tony completed this warrant service with the kind of professionalism that made me glad that I had chosen Avenue Road Roofing years ago to do my roof in the first place. Kas and Tony, thank you for fixing my problem so quickly, and for doing it with a smile!
