An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Barb anticipated any questions I might have continuously kept me informed about the next steps and was always available to help. We reported a leak before the job was scheduled to begin and Barb ensured that someone was available the next day to put a temporary fix in place. She is truly an asset to your company.
As well the roofers, led by John, were prompt and reliable and took great care to protect my property while the job was being done.
The follow-up inspection was preformed by Kas who was engaging and showed genuine interest to ensure that the job was done well and to your standards.
