Atomic Heating & Cooling

I called Atomic Heating and cooling in the morning on 12/18/2023 9:30 am, I spoke to the service engineer Ihor, he told me he could drop by around noon time. He came by around 11:30 am, he looked at my gas boiler (Slant/Fin), within 10 to 15 minutes, my boiler was working again. Ihor is an expert on Slant/fin. If any of you are still using an older boiler Slant/Fin requires service, I suggest you give them a call. Well done, Ihor.

We called at 8:30 am and Ihor was there by 10:00 am, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within minutes. Very reasonable price and amazing service. Seriously - I've waited longer for food delivery than I had to wait for Ihor to fix my A/C unit. Impressive!

Ihor and his son were fantastic -- Ihor answered my first call and stopped by the same day to assess what needed to be done to make a hole in the brick wall for my new oven range's exhaust fan. Two days later, he arrived early with all the parts he needed and completed the work within a couple of hours. He connected the exhaust fan, ensured that it was in working order, and cleaned up everything. Ihor and his son are friendly, courteous, reasonably-priced and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

Ihor came recommended by a real estate agent and he really is amazing. We've had him install two units in two homes and he does what he says he will, comes on time and has the best prices. The new third floor ACs he installed are so efficient they actually lowered our bills as we had much less need to run the bigger ground floor unit.

Ihor responded to our service call right away, and no having paying to diagnose first. He came over, quickly assessed, and recommended a very reasonable repair. We were hoping we wouldn’t have to replace the whole air conditioner as it’s really old. Ihor said it’s old but still good, just needs a new fan. No fuss, no muss, dependable and honest.

I have two furnaces in my home and they both broke within a week of each other. I called Ihor and he came very promptly and tried to find the most cost-efficient means of solving the problem. He ended up having to attend four seperate times due to the nature of the problem and each time he made himself available on very short notice. One of those attendances was a weekend and he did not charge extra (or even seem to mind).

I was highly impressed with the service and the friendly and prompt manner in which it was delivered.
