We were a member of Atlas Care's service plan and joined after our furnace broke last year. Last month, the furnace was making an awful noise. It turned out to be the vent motor, and because we were members of their plan, they replaced it free of cost to us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the furnace broke down again later that week. They came immediately because we had no heat and tried to diagnose the problem. We were concerned that this might not be the right diagnosis, so a senior tech who was very familiar with our furnace came in from a different location. While we were deciding what to do, Atlas care temporarily repaired the furnace and left space heaters so we were not cold. After lots of debate, we decided it was a time for a new furnace. We were able to get the furnace we needed at a great price because of their scratch and dent sale. The installation went well, and there were no extra charges for running new vent tubing so that it was up to code, a new thermostat or anything else. Very happy with the service, especially from Nemo and Jeff. I also loved the binder with all warranty information, instructions, etc.

Terrific service today from Chris. Arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. Also had a new furnace filter with him (not part of the service) saving me a trip to the hardware store. Hard worker, never stopped and the job was well done. Would recommend.

We had experience using Atlascare's a la carte service in fixing a wonky furnace, so they became our first choice for an annual service contract for anything in the furnace room, including the water heater. They did a complete replacement of our water heating system (two units) and associated re-piping through the basement. The new units work great, and they've always been a pleasure to work with.

The service consultant, Nimo, was on time for the appointment. Nimo found the problem with the humidifier quickly and installed a new filter. Costs were explained in detail in advance. I will be requesting Nimo to do our spring air conditioning maintenance.

When my furnace stopped working I called Atlascare and they were very quick to respond and remedy the problem. Thank you Kyle for servicing our furnace and ensuring that everything was working properly as per our concerns.

Very professional, courteous and accommodating. My experience from start to finish was positive. The sales person, Jeff, ensured that all questions were answered and did not try to "sell" the product or service. The installation team,Mark and Adam,was experienced and courteous. They worked carefully and left the site immaculate. Because we had no heat, the job was done the next day...very considerate.

Dave and Chris did an outstanding job with the duct cleaning service. They arrived ahead of schedule and explained everything before starting the work. They cleaned the vents and the furnace quite well and very professionally and I am extremely happy.

Eric from AtlasCare did a great job of inspecting and tuning the furnace. He explained each and every step along the way, so I was able to understand what was being done and why. I am pleased with the thorough diagnosis performed. Thank you!

I was blown away by the service that Atlas Care provided today.

Specifically:
- my wife and I recently moved into our first home in Oakville
- The fireplace was not working, and since it was a gas fireplace, we were not interested in making ANY attempts to do repairs or diagnostics ourselves.

After a slight scheduling mix-up, the Service Technician, Nemo, came by, exactly on time (punctuality is ALWAYS appreciated).

Nemo was amazing. He was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He knew exactly what to do, what to test, and spent some time teaching me about fireplaces, and how to maintain and operate them. He was also extremely diligent about ensuring that he didn't make a mess (put on booties, laid down a cloth to prevent a mess), and more than exceeded any expectations that I had.

I can easily make this recommendation: Atlas Care, represented by Nemo, was amazing, did a great job, and made sure that I received more than I asked for. With no surprises. So: THANK YOU!

The sales was truthfully representative and the installation was on time and timely. All works great as promised and the cleanup was perfect I could not ask for better service.
