Excellent HVAC sales experience
I had arranged an assessment/sales call with AtlasCare to repair or replace my furnace.
Justin P arrived promptly, and was courteous and helpful.
He took the time to fully understand the situation, and explain clearly the rationale behind his recommendations. Other companies quoting only gave me a few brand names and approximate price ranges without particular detail as to how the features of each may benefit me - I had to contact them throughout the process to ask follow-up questions as I learned more about what questions I needed to be asking.
Ultimately, although this was the most expensive quote, I feel most confident in the furnace selected based on the time spent understanding our home and our needs.
