Del Ligias was the Atlas Care service technician who took our urgent call when our furnace stopped working overnight -- and he happened to be the same technician who had performed our regular Fall service.
Del is responsive, quick, on-time, and always very professional and friendly. He replaced a faulty igniter and got us back up and running no problem.
[Adding this after Del came out to our house again in June. Our air conditioner stopped working the evening before we were leaving for a 3 week trip to Europe. I called the Atlas office, and in less than 30 minutes Del called to ask a few questions and say he would come right out. He arrived less than an hour later, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it -- all covered under our Atlas service plan. Del is the best there is!
