Although scheduling was an issue at the beginning, we got it resolved.
My 12 year old furnace was cleaned (tuned up), gas lines inspected, humidifier filter replaced, a complete operational testing done, and the area around outside furnace housing was cleaned. It hums like a charm (as a 12 year old should).
Atlas did not try to sell me a new furnace but recommended the protection plan because of the age of the unit. On the same day they cleaned furnace ductwork and dryer vents for two household dryers all the way to the outside...then they resecured them better than they existed before.
The technicians were professional, clean appearance, used booties, and wrote detailed invoices. I will use this company as my regular provider as long as their busy schedule does not interfere with service.
