I called AtlasCare on Friday hoping to get my ducts cleaned the following week. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and accommodating. She took all my details down and offered me several times for the following week.
Stephanie and Denis from AtlasCare arrived promptly in the 2hr window I was given. They were polite, friendly, explained the entire process and did a wonderful job. They were excellent with my pets, respectful of my home and generally wonderful.
Once they were finished, they walked me through the whole process again and made sure I understood the work that had been done and was satisfied.
I was thrilled with the customer service and the execution of work. I would not hesitate to recommend AtlasCare to all my friends and family and actually look forward to the next time I need my ducts cleaned.
