Hello, I had initially called another company to diagnose my air condition. They sent an experienced tech out(he was a lot older) and it took him 3 hours to try and figure out what the problem was with no luck. He told me he couldn't figure out the problem and couldn't help me!! I looked up atlascare on homestars and immediately called them up. Hassan came out with a wonderful smile on his face, asked me a few questions about the air condition and within 10mins had the a/c up and running. WOW! He explained that this was a 'bandaid' temporary fix and I needed a new circuit board which he would put the order through right away. Sure enough, 2 days later the office called and scheduled me in to have the part replaced. Hassan came back to replace the part ( still smiling! ) and I couldn't be happier with the service 10/10 :)
