Our furnace failed and we called Atlas Care because we have seen their trucks in the area. They gave us an appointment right away. Nimo came and diagnosed the problem very promptly and gave great customer care. We had to order a part for the next day. He came again and installed the part with great success. Nimo is very friendly and caring. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the furnace and gave great advice on extended warranties and maintenance plans. I would recommend Atlas Care to anyone and am glad they have employees like Nimo. He makes a real difference compared to other companies we have dealt with over the years.
