Eric visited our home today (4.30/12) per an arranged appointment. Actually came earlier than first planned which in itself was great for us.
He was an extremely efficient person. And full of personality as well as being very well-mannered.
Did his job quickly but without rushing. And efficiently.
Took time at the end to explain what he had done and covered during his visit. As well, offered to answer any questions I might have.
