As a home owner, I find this forum an extremely valuable tool to help me make informed choices. Far too often, I have gotten the short end of the stick, having fallen for suave and sophisticated sales pitches only to find myself a victim of shoddy practices and inferior workmanship. To make this short and sweet, servicing people is a craft. Providing the customer with efficient, prompt, courteous and professional care should be the cornerstone of any reputable business. I have had AtlasCare maintain my equipment for almost twenty years. They have serviced, repaired and replaced my heating and air conditioning units and they have done so having surpassed all of my lofty expectations. I only wish I could say the same for some of the other so-called professionals with whom I have dealt.
