I’m extremely pleased with the service I received at Arrow Furniture (Scarborough location). Nazi is such an amazing and exceptional sales associate, I cannot thank her enough for her help, kindness and patience! She is truly amazing! I spent a long time trying to figure out what mattress to get and Nazi helped me come to my decision while being incredibly patient, informative, and giving me the time and space to make my decision (without being pushy like some sales people can be!). I went with a Dream Star plush mattress (Kyle model) which also has Arrow as part of the brand (which is a plus). It seemed to trump some of the other popular mainstream brands in my opinion. All of the personnel at this location were terrific, including the store manager and the receptionist. They were all kind, helpful and actually willing to listen. Overall, this location had a greater selection of furniture compared to other locations which was great (I ended up finding the perfect nightstand for my room). I highly recommend shopping here as the selection and service (huge thank you to Nazi once again) is excellent!
