Purchased a Sofa and Coffee Table

Furniture review in Aurora

Bought a sofa a couple of months ago, received the sofa with some scratches and damage. after following up with the customer service and service manager, I got a call about someone will come and repair the sofa. He showed up on time and did a good job. I didn't expect the repair job would be this good! My experience overall was good with my purchase.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

I understand that a technician will be at your home on Saturday to take care of any of the sofa issues and an exchange for the table is booked for next week when new stock arrives. Damaged Furniture, in Progress!

Bought a coffee table and a sofa a couple of months ago, received the coffee table with terrible condition as a possible result of water damage! The sofa was in a terrible condition with lots of scratches, dents and damage. Finally two weeks ago they have offered me that someone will come to fix the sofa! haven't heard anything from him yet! Update: Today I got a call about someone will repair the sofa. Homestars advised me that instead of removing this Ad to update it it with better comments and rating when I see any good progress. I Will update this post regarding the progress of repair.

Damaged Furniture, No Refund, No Exchange!

Bought a coffee table and a sofa a couple of months ago, received the coffee table with terrible condition as a possible result of water damage! The sofa was in a terrible condition with lots of scratches, dents and damage. Arrow is refusing to give a refund! and although they have seen the amount of damage they refuse to even exchange. Have called them over 20 times and have gone to store a few times and the problem still exists! Finally two weeks ago they have offered me that someone will come to fix the sofa! haven't heard anything from him yet! And how is he going to fix broken cracked sofa? I could have got the floor model which was in much better condition with less than half price but I paid the full price and this is what I have got. My advise is to not buy from Arrows. They don't take any responsibility for any damages and they do not exchange or give you a refund, the shipping time is way too long and the customer service is not helpful
