Both Arrow and Magi Seal (Insurance) were very responsive in providing new parts at no charge. Great response! Buying the insurance was very much worth it!! Thank you. Happy customer again.

I was able to locate the customers file and although it was deemed that a rip in the fabric of the bed rails was caused when opening the furniture, the customer did purchase the warranty and a new set of rails will be sent to the customer this week.
