I am surprised to read the negative reviews by others. I used Anna's housekeeping and the lady that did my house was excellent. I did notice a difference between her and others, though, when I had a substitute during her holidays. No complaints here. They always called to confirm and there has never been any misunderstanding about price and no problem if I canceled that week. The job was well done and faster than I could have ever done it myself.
