Amazeing Tree Service

We have used Tom and Jason for past services... generally you get good work for fair price. In fact, we have made several referrals for his service to friends and family.

We had asked for a quote earlier this year for the removal of 4 branches on a tree in our backyard. Based on "trust" we agreed to have the work done for $500. We did obtain other quotes and the next written quote was at $650 for the same work. We were happy as we felt that we got a deal with Tom/Jason... fast forward to present day... they came to do the work and only did half of the job before calling quits... we made the mistake of paying them without checking the work... only to later learn that if you want the other side done... it would be $400 more. The deal we thought we had wasn't a deal after all. So... make sure you get written quote... make sure you check their work before you pay... I tried to speak to them to work things out... but is getting no where... Based on my most recent experience... I would not recommend them... buyer be aware!

We have been using Amazing Trees for over ten years. One job concerned a gigantic Siberian Elm that threatened our roof. Tom was professional and knowledgeable and took out the tree. His crew is always excellent and professional. He gets the job done and anticipates all the problems that might arise. I will continue to use Amazing Trees to help maintain my property.

They cut off a significant branch without confirming or with my discretion, which was upsetting. Staff came in with dogs without asking and saw one staff used the yard as a bathroom and littered in yard with their drink bottle. Wasn't too happy. One positive note is that they did clean and disposed of all pruned branches, etc.
