A very mixed set of experiences
I engaged Alternative Creations twice. The 1st experience was to install high end window coverings throughout our new home and was a good experience... the second install was four months late (yes, FOUR MONTHS) due to errors and poor quality control (they took measurements wrong and skipped the appointment to check them, they were manufactured wrong twice, they came with wrong screws twice.)
Overall, my rating is an attempt to be balanced between two very different experiences. The first was a much bigger contract so I weighed it heavily. I think they have a good product line and if things go right, all is good... but they definitely lack quality control and professional issue management. I sincerely hope your experience is like our first, not our second/last.
