We purchased a 3,600 sf condo which had old style parquet flooring and three bedrooms with carpeting on cement. Alliance sanded the parquet and tinted it to perfectly match the Espresso engineered flooring we had chosen for the bedrooms. We couldn't have been happier with the look. In addition, we had a small A/C leak on the newly stained parquet and the repair they did is invisible. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
