I have used Alexanian Carpet & Flooring in Emerald Plaza Ottawa on two projects: the first for a very particular client who was very satisfied, and most recently for very particular me! On both occasions (full house carpeting) I was extremely pleased with level of service, from John Hassoun in sales, to the booking department, and through to their highly skilled installation team. They fulfilled all promises on time. Moving everything in our house is no small feat and their team of two worked diligently to ensure there were no damages to baseboards or walls so nothing had to be re-touched.
