I received exceptional customer relations service from Ali who is the Service Advisor. From the onset of choosing the material, timelines given and respected for work to be completed and any questions asked was exceptional service. Mike who measured the kitchen was most helpful in answering any questions that I had. Ghulem who was the installer was most professional, personable and conscientious. Redick, the supervisor, did assist Ghulem with the quarter rounds. The clean-up and leaving my place in good condition was appreciated. It was a nice gesture to hear Ghulem mention to enjoy my kitchen and that it looked amazing. I certainly will use Alexanian's services in the future for any additional work envisaged.
