Damaged my hardwood, admitted liability, left me to pay for repair!

SHAME ON YOU ALEXANIAN!! You could have dealt with this in 2018. Instead you left me, a pensioner, a repeat customer, to pay $3155.30 to repair hardwood damaged by your installer.
This was the second time I hired you to carpet my second floor and stairs. I selected a premium quality carpet.
I watched from my living room (there's a loft to upstairs) as the old carpeting was removed. One man was civilized and did the job beautifully. The second man, who didn't speak English and communicated with the lead hand in another language I did not understand, was careless, and disrespectful. He did not care that I was watching while he flung staples everywhere.
