Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday afternoon & of course no one was open except for AirOne (thank god!). We called them on Sunday morning around 11 & they had a technician out to look at it within a few hours. Upon inspection the technician advised that the motor had blown and got us a quote for the repair before he left. We then had to make the decision whether to replace the part or the entire unit. A sales rep named Mike called us shortly after the technician left and he went through our options with us. He was very honest and upfront which helped make our decision much easier. We just moved into the home two weeks prior so this costly situation was very stressful situation for us. After discussing the situation with Mike we made the decision to replace the entire furnace instead of repairing it. We made this decision around 6 pm on the Sunday night and Mike was somehow able to have a crew come and install the new furnace the next morning at 8:30 am. The speedy service was amazing as we had already been almost 2 days without heat with a 2 year old sick toddler at home. We are very grateful for Mike’s efficiency & AirOne’s amazing customer service. Everything from start to finish was very smooth and amazingly fast which was very important to us as we both work full-time and our time is precious. Thanks to Mike & his crew we are nice and warm with a brand new furnace in our forever home.
