The Technician arrived on time, removed his shoes and proceeded to furnace he isolated the problem quickly explained what it was and said he would order a new part. He then proceeded to clean the furnace he preformed this task better then I have ever seen anybody clean this furnace, he cleaned areas I have never seen anybody clean before.
I had some questions for him, he answered these questions in terms I could under stand not in some technical mumble jumble. After he was finished cleaning he check the furnace operation and said everything was working fine and would have the part that need to be replace ASAP and would schedule a time to replace it as soon as it came.. Kudos's to the Technician,he was polite, friendly ,knowledgeable , took time to answer my question . he is a stellar representative of your company.
